Laminated Packaging

Packaging is made according to projects and individual customer orders. The print is made by offset or digital method.
On the material, among others, chalk with a weight of 120 – 150 g / m2.
Then it can be refined by varnishing with UV varnish, foiling with matte or glossy foil, or hot-gilded, after which the printout is laminated (glued) to cardboard pieces from microwave (wave E). Laminating can also be done with decorative paper dyed in mass. The next stage is cutting the desired shape on the die, which can be glued longitudinally or spotly to the so-called “automatic bottom.”
This type of packaging is characterized by high durability and is used for packaging delicate or large and heavy items, among others, footwear, lighting equipment, toys, as well as screws and bolts, as well as many other articles.
Packages are delivered to customers in a disassembled form.
