HOW TO PLACE THE ORDER
ORDER SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

After receiving the inquiry in which we ask for a description of the subject of the order, including dimensions, material from which it is to be made, weight, specification of the printing method and the number of colors, type of refinement, quantity of edition and other additional information. Visual pictures and other visual information will be very helpful.
We send an e-mail quote, together with the approximate delivery date, the offer is valid for up to 30 days.
The deadline for completion of the offer may change depending on the current production capabilities.
After the client accepts the offer, please send the order together with the attached project in PDF, TIFF, CDR, AI, EPS, JPG files.
Our graphic designer checks the design, makes any corrections, then applies the design to the blanking grid and sends it to the customer for approval.
It is also possible to send the die-cut to the client so that he can prepare and apply the project to the die-cut.
If the customer does not have a ready project, it is possible for our graphic designer to prepare it. The condition of starting the order is acceptance of the project for printing by the customer. From this moment the order can be carried out and the date of commencement of implementation is calculated.
A punching die is required for each new order. We order cutting dies in an external company, the implementation period is about 7 days, we provide approximate offers for dies valuation. We have a very large database of our own blanking dies that the customer can use for free.
